April 27, 2023: Tinley Park, IL 60477 Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the Stagg Chargers (Palos Hills, IL) and the host Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL), saw Stagg's baseball squad knock off Andrew by a count of 3-1.
Coming up next, the Chargers play the Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) in a Southwest Suburban - Blue battle, on Monday, May 1. Stagg will attempt to move on its 7-14 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 16-6 record after their 9-3 non-league loss to Lemont (Lemont, IL).
The Thunderbolts now possess a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln-Way Central for a Southwest Suburban - Blue battle on Monday, May 1. Andrew will play a Knights squad coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Lake Central (St. John, IN). The Knights record now stands at 15-6.
