Crown Point Panthers (Crown Point, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Boquet Valley Griffins (Elizabethtown, NY), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Placid for a Section 7 Mountain Valley challenge on Friday, April 28. Crown Point will battle a Bombers squad coming off a 20-5 league win over Wells (Wells, NY). The Bombers record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Boquet Valley falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to Indian Lake Central (Indian Lake, NY) to battle the Indians in a Section 7 Mountain Valley challenge on Monday, May 1. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 0-3. Indian Lake Central lost 27-4 in their recent league challenge against Johnsburg Central (North Creek, NY)
