New Jersey High School Softball - Weehawken holds off Lakeland Regional
April 27, 2024: Weehawken, NJ 07087 The Weehawken Indians the visiting Lakeland Regional Lancers softball squad by a count of 3-1 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Indians (13-0) will now prepare for their battle against Leonia (Leonia, NJ). The Lions go into the non-league battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Leonia nudged Hasbrouck Heights (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ), 10-2, in a non-league battle.
The Lancers now sport a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to DePaul Catholic for a non-league battle on Monday, April 29. Lakeland Regional will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Eastern Christian (North Haledon, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 6-7.
