Maine High School Lacrosse - Westbrook drops to Gray-New Gloucester
April 28, 2025: Westbrook, ME 04092 Gray-New Gloucester Patriots (Gray, ME) backers exited the stadium satisfied Monday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Westbrook Blue Blazes (Westbrook, ME), 17-4 in a league game.
With the victory, Gray-New Gloucester improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Patriots host Cheverus (Portland, ME) to play the Stags in a non-league game on Thursday, May 1. The Stags come into the game with a record of 1-3. Cheverus lost 19-2 in their recent non-league game against Central Catholic (Lawrence, MA)
The Blue Blazes now have a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oxford Hills for a non-league game on Friday, May 2. Westbrook will play a Vikings team coming off a 12-4 non-league loss to Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME). The Vikings record now stands at 0-2.
