In Monday's non-league test, the Nicholas County Grizzlies (Summersville, WV) softball squad got by the host Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WV), by a tally of 6-5.

Next, the Grizzlies clash with the Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles (Beckley, WV) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 30. Nicholas County will attempt to advance on its 7-9 season record. The Flying Eagles go into the test with a 11-11 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Shady Spring (Shady Spring, WV).

The Bison (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Calhoun (Mt. Zion, WV). The Red Devils go into the non-league test with a 7-11 record.
