April 29, 2024: Windsor, VT 05089 The Windsor Yellowjackets softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Poultney Blue Devils to 2 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Windsor moves its record to 1-3 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Thetford Academy (Thetford, VT) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league game on Thursday, May 2. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 3-2. Thetford Academy lost 21-1 in their recent league game against Oxbow (Bradford, VT)
In their next game, the Blue Devils clash with the West Rutland Golden Horde (West Rutland, VT) in a SVL C game, on Wednesday, May 1. Poultney will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Golden Horde come into the game with a 4-0 record after their 13-2 league win over Leland & Gray (Townshend, VT).
