April 29, 2025: Alexandria, VA 22315 Hayfield Hawks (Alexandria, VA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Mount Vernon Majors (Alexandria, VA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Hayfield moves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Hawks host Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA) to clash with the Titans in a non-league test on Thursday, May 1. The Titans come into the test with a record of 4-6. Alexandria City lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA)
The Majors now sport a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Falls Church for a test on Friday, May 2. Mount Vernon will clash with a Jaguars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Justice (Falls Church, VA). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-11.
