New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Newark Academy bounces East Side
April 29, 2025: Livingston, NJ 07039 The Newark Academy Minutemen lacrosse squad scored 18 points and limited the visiting East Side Red Raiders to 1 in the Minutemen non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Minutemen now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host Rutgers Prep for a non-league contest on Friday, May 2. Newark Academy will meet a Argonauts squad coming off a 17-3 non-league loss to The Pingry School (Martinsville, NJ). The Argonauts record now stands at 2-7.
Next, the Red Raiders meet the DePaul Catholic Spartans (Wayne, NJ) in a Kirst contest, on Wednesday, April 30. East Side will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 7-3 record after their 16-6 non-league loss to Wayne Valley (Wayne, NJ).
