Virginia High School Softball - King William bounces King & Queen Central
April 29, 2025: King & Queen Court House, VA 23085 The King William Cavaliers softball team scored 28 runs and held the host King & Queen Central Royal Tigers to 0 in the Cavaliers league win on Tuesday.
The Cavaliers now possess a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mathews for a Tidewater battle on Thursday, May 1. King William will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 17-0 league loss to Middlesex (Saluda, VA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, King & Queen Central moves to 0-12 on the season. The Royal tigers travel to Mathews (Mathews, VA) to face the Blue Devils in a Tidewater game on Tuesday, May 6. The Blue Devils enter the game with a record of 5-7.
