The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Adams Central Patriots (Hastings, NE) and the visiting Twin River Titans (Genoa, NE), saw Adams Central's baseball team gain a win over Twin River by a tally of 7-0.

The Patriots (17-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Omaha Northwest (Omaha, NE). The Huskies go into the non-league challenge with a 4-15 record. In their last challenge, Omaha Northwest nipped Benson (Omaha, NE), 16-10, in a non-league challenge.

With the defeat, Twin River drops to 6-7 on the year. The Titans host Central City/Centura (Central City, NE) to clash with the Kernels in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 1. The Kernels go into the challenge with a record of 17-1. Central City/Centura lost 5-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Adams Central (Hastings, NE)
