In Thursday's non-league match, the host Crown Point Bulldogs softball team scored a nice 12-0 win over the Andrean Fighting 59ers.

The Bulldogs (12-3) will now prepare for their match against Hanover Central (Cedar Lake, IN). The Wildcats come into the non-league match with a 12-3 record. In their last match, Hanover Central notched a victory over Illiana Christian (Dyer, IN), 6-3, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Fighting 59ers battle the Highland Trojans (Highland, IN) in a Northwest Crossroads match, on Monday, May 4. Andrean will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record. The Trojans come into the match with a 6-8 record after their 9-8 non-league win over Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN).
