Upper Darby Royals (Drexel Hill, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Lower Merion Aces (Ardmore, PA), 5-1 in a league test.

With the win, Upper Darby upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Royals travel to Conestoga (Berwyn, PA) to battle the Pioneers in a Central test on Wednesday, May 3. The Pioneers come into the test with a record of 5-7. Conestoga lost 6-3 in their recent league test against Haverford (Havertown, PA)

With the defeat, Lower Merion falls to 6-7 on the season. The Aces host Garnet Valley (Glen Mills, PA) to battle the Jaguars in a Central test on Wednesday, May 3. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 3-7. Garnet Valley won 10-0 in their recent league test against Penncrest (Media, PA)
