May 1, 2024: Waldorf, MD 20601 In Wednesday's league contest, the Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD) softball team overwhelmed the host Thomas Stone Cougars (Waldorf, MD), by a margin of 13-1.
With the triumph, Calvert moves its record to 11-5 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Northern (Owings, MD) to play the Patriots in a Southern Maryland contest on Friday, May 3. The Patriots come into the contest with a record of 15-4. Northern won 9-4 in their recent league contest against La Plata (La Plata, MD)
