New York High School Softball - Monroe Campus bounces Kennedy
May 1, 2024: Bronx, NY 10463 Monroe Campus (Bronx, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Kennedy Knights (Bronx, NY), 21-12 in a non-league challenge.
The now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bronx High School of Science for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 3. Monroe Campus will battle a Wolverines squad coming off a 23-6 non-league win over Roosevelt Educational (Bronx, NY). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Kennedy falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Walton (Bronx, NY) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 6-2. Walton lost 7-1 in their recent league challenge against Columbus (Bronx, NY)
