The Morton Potters (Morton, IL) baseball the visiting Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts (Chillicothe, IL), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Potters now own a 18-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Peoria for a Mid-Illini challenge on Monday, May 5. Morton will clash with a Raiders team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 16-6.
