On the day Fairless dedicated the Field to Coach Terry Griffith, the baseball team rallied from four down to defeat Waynedale 7-4 on Saturday. The Golden Bears took advantage of some Falcon's miscues to score three runs in the first two innings. They added a run in the fourth, but the Falcons answered back with big 7 run inning in the bottom of the fourth. Adrian Birchler had the big two run single to give the Falcons the lead, and they never looked back. Jaret Quinn went the distance on the mound with 7 strikeouts. Adrian Birchler had two hits and two RBI's, Adam Widder had an RBI double, and Quinn and Kennedy each had RBI's. The batteries were Camacho, Spidell(4) and Straits for Waynedale and Quinn and Hardwick for Falcons. The win improves the Falcons record to 9-10 overall, they host Indian Valley on Monday.
