Gibson Southern Titans (Fort Branch, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Pike Central Chargers (Petersburg, IN), 5-2 in a league test.

With the win, Gibson Southern upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Titans host Southridge (Huntingburg, IN) to battle the Raiders in a Pocket test on Thursday, May 4. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 12-2. Southridge won 13-3 in their recent non-league test against Corydon Central (Corydon, IN)

With the defeat, Pike Central falls to 2-10 on the season. The Chargers travel to Tecumseh (Lynnville, IN) to battle the Braves in a Pocket test on Thursday, May 4. The Braves come into the test with a record of 10-5. Tecumseh won 5-4 in their recent non-league test against Evansville Harrison (Evansville, IN)
