Illinois High School Softball - Marengo bounces Woodstock North
May 2, 2023: Woodstock, IL 60098 The Marengo Indians routed the host Woodstock North Thunder softball squad by a final score of 8-3 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Indians (19-2) will now prepare for their battle against Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL). The Skyhawks go into the Kishwaukee River battle with a 6-9 record. In their last battle, Johnsburg was routed by Harvard (Harvard, IL), 6-1, in a league battle.
The Thunder now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Richmond-Burton for a Kishwaukee River battle on Thursday, May 4. Woodstock North will meet a Rockets squad coming off a 23-0 league win over Woodstock (Woodstock, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 13-6.
