The Abington Heights Comets baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Scranton Prep Cavaliers to 6 in the Comets league win on Friday.

The Comets now hold a 14-2 record. They take the field next when they host West Scranton for a Lackawanna 1 test on Saturday, May 3. Abington Heights will play a Invaders team coming off a 8-0 league loss to North Pocono (Covington Township, PA). The Invaders record now stands at 4-12.

With the defeat, Scranton Prep drops to 3-11 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Valley View (Archbald, PA) to play the Cougars in a Lackawanna 1 test on Saturday, May 3.
