The Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) baseball trounced the visiting North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA), 10-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Comets now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Scranton for a Lackawanna 1 challenge on Friday, April 25. Abington Heights will clash with a Knights team coming off a 5-0 league win over West Scranton (Scranton, PA). The Knights record now stands at 7-6.

With the defeat, North Pocono drops to 8-4 on the year. The Trojans host Valley View (Archbald, PA) to clash with the Cougars in a Lackawanna 1 challenge on Thursday, April 24. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Valley View won 7-3 in their recent league challenge against Delaware Valley (Milford, PA)
