Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Wilkes-Barre Wolfpack (Wilkes-Barre, PA), 6-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Abington Heights moves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Comets travel to Freedom (Bethlehem, PA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league match on Saturday, March 15. The Patriots come into the match with a record of 0-0.

The Wolfpack now possess a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pottsville for a non-league match on Monday, March 17. Wilkes-Barre will battle a Crimson Tide squad coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Daniel Boone (Birdsboro, PA). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 1-0.
