The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Pittston Patriots (Pittston, PA) and the visiting Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA), saw Pittston's baseball team get by Abington Heights by a tally of 6-5.

The Patriots (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Old Forge (Old Forge, PA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Old Forge held off Mountain View (Kingsley, PA), 11-1, in a non-league battle.
