Michigan High School Soccer - Columbia Central knocks off Hanover-Horton
May 2, 2025: Horton, MI 49246 In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Columbia Central Golden Eagles soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Hanover-Horton Comets.
The Golden Eagles (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against Jonesville (Jonesville, MI). The Comets go into the non-league outing with a 0-6 record. In their last outing, Jonesville was overwhelmed by Leslie (Leslie, MI), 8-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Comets play the Michigan Center Cardinals (Michigan Center, MI) in a Cascades outing, on Monday, May 5. Hanover-Horton will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Cardinals go into the outing with a 5-2 record after their 0-0 league Grass Lake (Grass Lake, MI).
