Michigan High School Soccer - Columbia Central knocks off Hanover-Horton
April 11, 2025: Brooklyn, MI 49230 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Columbia Central Golden Eagles (Brooklyn, MI) and the visiting Hanover-Horton Comets (Horton, MI), saw Columbia Central's soccer squad triumph over Hanover-Horton by a count of 5-0.
The Golden Eagles (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Jonesville (Jonesville, MI). The Comets enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Jonesville was overwhelmed by Leslie (Leslie, MI), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Comets confront the Michigan Center Cardinals (Michigan Center, MI) in a Cascades battle, on Monday, April 14. Hanover-Horton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Cardinals enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 5-0 league win over Grass Lake (Grass Lake, MI).
