In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY) softball team held off the visiting Holmes Bulldogs (Covington, KY), by a margin of 16-15.
With the triumph, Pendleton County moves its record to 8-8 on the year. The Wildcats host Holy Cross (Covington, KY) to play the Indians in a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 4. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 8-9.
