The Stamford Black Knights volleyball team (Stamford, CT), went down 3-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Darien Blue Wave (Darien, CT)

The Blue Wave (12-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenwich (Greenwich, CT). The Cardinals come into the Fairfield County challenge with a 1-10 record. In their last challenge, Greenwich went down by New Canaan (New Canaan, CT), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Black Knights encounter the Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT) in a Fairfield County challenge, on Monday, May 6. Stamford will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Hilltoppers come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT).
