May 3, 2024: Readfield, ME 04355 The Maranacook Black Bears (Readfield, ME) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Lawrence Bulldogs (Fairfield, ME), 15-6 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, Maranacook upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Black Bears host Brunswick (Brunswick, ME) to battle the Dragons in a non-league outing on Saturday, May 4. The Dragons go into the outing with a record of 3-2. Brunswick won 14-3 in their recent non-league outing against Lewiston (Lewiston, ME)
With the defeat, Lawrence drops to 1-3 on the season. The Bulldogs host Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME) to battle the Eagles in a Class B outing on Monday, May 6. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 5-0. Mt. Ararat won 19-1 in their recent non-league outing against Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME)
