New Jersey High School Softball - Montclair Glen Ridge
May 3, 2025: Glen Ridge, NJ 07028 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Montclair Mounties softball team scored a tight 6-3 win over the Glen Ridge Ridgers.
The Mounties (12-4) will now prepare for their match against Nutley (Nutley, NJ). The Maroon Raiders come into the SEC - American match with a 9-6 record. In their last match, Nutley nipped Verona (Verona, NJ), 9-8, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Ridgers confront the Newark Academy Minutemen (Livingston, NJ) in a SEC - Liberty match, on Monday, May 5. Glen Ridge will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Minutemen come into the match with a 4-9 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Mount St. Dominic Academy (Caldwell, NJ).
