In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Desert Oasis Diamondbacks volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles.

The Diamondbacks (18-20) will now prepare for their battle against Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV). The Roadrunners come into the non-league battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Southeast Career Tech lost by Doral Academy Red Rock (Las Vegas, NV), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Liberty Patriots (Henderson, NV) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 8. Somerset Sky Pointe will attempt to advance on its 15-17 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 9-11 record after their 3-1 league win over Rancho (Las Vegas, NV).
