The Severance Silver Knights crushed the host Riverdale Ridge Ravens baseball team by a count of 9-2 in Thursday's league bout.

The Silver Knights now possess a 13-6 record. They take the field next when they host Mountain View for a 4A/3A Longs Peak bout on Saturday, May 7. Severance will face a Mountain Lions team coming off a 9-6 league win over Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 11-8.

Next, the Ravens face the Fort Morgan Mustangs (Fort Morgan, CO) in a 4A/3A Longs Peak bout, on Saturday, May 7. Riverdale Ridge will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the bout with a 13-5 record after their 10-0 league win over Berthoud (Berthoud, CO).
