Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT) and the visiting Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT), saw Valley Regional's baseball squad beat Cromwell by a margin of 10-2.

Coming up next, the Warriors play the Haddam-Killingworth Cougars (Higganum, CT) in a Shoreline - Large battle, on Monday, May 8. Valley Regional will attempt to better on its 10-5 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 13-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Morgan (Clinton, CT).
