New York High School Lacrosse - Avon Old Farms drops to Trinity-Pawling School
May 5, 2024: Pawling, NY 12564 In Sunday's league test, the host Trinity-Pawling School Pride lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-7 victory over the Avon Old Farms Beavers.
The Pride now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Choate Rosemary Hall School for a Western New England Division 1 test on Wednesday, May 8. Trinity-Pawling School will face a Wild Boars squad coming off a 12-11 league win over Salisbury School (Salisbury, CT). The Wild Boars record now stands at 6-3.
In their next game, the Beavers face the Brunswick School Bruins (Greenwich, CT) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, May 8. Avon Old Farms will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Bruins come into the test with a 12-0 record after their 16-8 league win over Westminster School (Simsbury, CT).
