May 5, 2025: Leeton, MO 64761 The Crest Ridge Cougars (Centerview, MO) baseball trounced the host Leeton Bulldogs (Leeton, MO), 16-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 11-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Adrian for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 7. Crest Ridge will clash with a Blackhawks team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to El Dorado Springs (El Dorado Springs, MO). The Blackhawks record now stands at 7-7.
With the defeat, Leeton drops to 1-14 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Kingsville (Kingsville, MO) to clash with the Tigers in a Class 1 District 11 challenge on Tuesday, May 6. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 6-7. Kingsville lost 7-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Lakeland (Deepwater, MO)
