Virginia High School Soccer - Loudoun County nudges Broad Run
May 5, 2025: Ashburn, VA 20147 The Loudoun County Captains soccer squad scored 1 points and held the host Broad Run Spartans to 0 in the Captains league victory on Monday.
The Captains now possess a 11-0 record. They play next when they host Heritage for a non-league bout on Wednesday, May 7. Loudoun County will play a Pride squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Tuscarora (Leesburg, VA). The Pride record now stands at 4-7.
With the loss, Broad Run moves to 6-3 on the year. The Spartans host Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA) to play the Wolverines in a Catoctin bout on Monday, May 12. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 7-5. Woodgrove won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA)
