May 6, 2023: Stamford, CT 06902 In Saturday's non-league battle, the Stamford Black Knights (Stamford, CT) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Masuk Panthers (Monroe, CT), by a count of 9-4.
Coming up next, the Black Knights clash with the Darien Blue Wave (Darien, CT) in a Fairfield County battle, on Tuesday, May 9. Stamford will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The Blue Wave come into the battle with a 9-4 record after their 13-8 non-league win over Mamaroneck (Mamaroneck, NY).
The Panthers now own a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bethel for a South West battle on Tuesday, May 9. Masuk will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 13-7 league loss to Pomperaug (Southbury, CT). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-4.
