April 11, 2023: Monroe, CT 06468 Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the host Masuk Panthers (Monroe, CT), 11-4 in a league battle.
The Nighthawks now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Immaculate for a South West battle on Thursday, April 13. Newtown will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 20-2 league loss to Pomperaug (Southbury, CT). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-2.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the New Fairfield Rebels (New Fairfield, CT) in a South West battle, on Thursday, April 13. Masuk will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Rebels come into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 10-8 league loss to New Milford (New Milford, CT).
