Vermont High School Softball - West Rutland bounces Long Trail
May 6, 2024: Dorset, VT 05251 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the West Rutland Golden Horde (West Rutland, VT) and the host Long Trail (Dorset, VT), witnessed West Rutland's softball squad prevail over Long Trail by a count of 21-6.
The Golden Horde now sport a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Mill River for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 8. West Rutland will face a Minutemen squad coming off a 14-2 league win over Woodstock (Woodstock, VT). The Minutemen record now stands at 2-6.
