The North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC) baseball the visiting Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC), 7-5 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 20-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Lincoln for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 9. North Iredell will clash with a Knights team coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC). The Knights record now stands at 16-8.

With the defeat, Hickory drops to 13-11 on the year. The Red tornadoes travel to Bandys (Catawba, NC) to play the Trojans in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 27. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 7-13. Bandys won 9-2 in their recent non-league test against Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA)
