The Hickory Red Tornadoes baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting West Iredell Warriors to 5 in the Red Tornadoes league win on Tuesday.

The Red Tornadoes now hold a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Iredell for a Western Foothills 3A test on Friday, April 11. Hickory will play a Warriors team coming off a 12-5 league loss to Hickory (Hickory, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 6-9.
