May 6, 2025: Naperville, IL 60540 Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL), 2-0 in a league test.
With the win, Waubonsie Valley improves its record to 11-12 on the season. The Warriors host Metea Valley (Aurora, IL) to encounter the Mustangs in a DuPage Valley test on Thursday, May 8. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 14-12. Metea Valley lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Maine West (Des Plaines, IL)
The Redhawks now own a 5-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Neuqua Valley for a DuPage Valley test on Wednesday, May 7. Naperville Central will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Naperville North (Naperville, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 20-9.
