Illinois High School Volleyball - Waubonsie Valley over Metea Valley

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Waubonsie Valley Warriors volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Metea Valley Mustangs.

The Warriors (8-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL). The Raiders enter the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Glenbard South beat Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL) in a DuPage Valley challenge, on Thursday, April 24. Metea Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 15-4 record after their 2-0 league win over Naperville Central (Naperville, IL).
