The Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers softball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Bedford Bisons to 2 in the Hilltoppers league win on Tuesday.

The Hilltoppers now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Cambria for a Laurel Highlands 1 battle on Thursday, May 8. Westmont Hilltop will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 4-3 league win over Richland (Johnstown, PA). The Red Devils record now stands at 13-3.

With the loss, Bedford moves to 11-7 on the season. The Bisons host Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA) to confront the Huskies in a Laurel Highlands 1 game on Thursday, May 8. The Huskies enter the game with a record of 1-11. Bishop Carroll lost 16-0 in their recent league game against Clearfield (Clearfield, PA)
