Kansas High School Baseball - Shawnee Heights loses to Blue Valley
May 7, 2025: Stilwell, KS 66085 Blue Valley Tigers (Stilwell, KS) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Shawnee Heights Thunderbirds (Tecumseh, KS), 9-1 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Blue Valley advances its record to 9-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Har-Ber (Springdale, AR) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, May 9. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 22-6. Har-Ber won 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Greenwood (Greenwood, AR)
The Thunderbirds now have a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seaman for a Centennial match on Friday, May 9. Shawnee Heights will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Leavenworth (Leavenworth, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 16-3.
