Alabama High School Softball - Alexandria bounces Etowah
May 7, 2025: Alexandria, AL 36250 The Alexandria Valley Cubs softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Etowah Blue Devils to 1 in the Valley Cubs non-league win on Wednesday.
The Valley Cubs now sport a 43-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison County for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 7. Alexandria will confront a Tigers team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over White Plains (Anniston, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 32-11.
With the loss, Etowah moves to 22-23 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Ashville (Ashville, AL) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 7. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 32-14. Ashville won 5-4 in their recent non-league battle against Westminster Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL)
