The Pottstown Trojans baseball squad (Pottstown, PA), 11-9 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Upper Merion Area Vikings (King of Prussia, PA)

With the triumph, Upper Merion Area upgrades its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Vikings host Devon Prep (Devon, PA) to encounter the Tide in a non-league bout on Saturday, May 10. The Tide enter the bout with a record of 7-10. Devon Prep won 12-2 in their recent league bout against Cardinal O'Hara (Springfield, PA)

The Trojans (4-15) will now prepare for their bout against Schuylkill Valley (Leesport, PA). The Panthers enter the non-league bout with a 6-13 record. In their last bout, Schuylkill Valley by Berks Catholic (Reading, PA), 13-6, in a league bout.
