Maine High School Lacrosse - York drops to Marshwood
May 8, 2025: South Berwick, ME 03908 Marshwood Hawks (South Berwick, ME) backers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting York Wildcats (York, ME), 13-8 in a league game.
With the victory, Marshwood improves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Hawks travel to Massabesic (Waterboro, ME) to play the Mustangs in a non-league game on Friday, May 9. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 3-2. Massabesic won 13-3 in their recent league game against Noble (North Berwick, ME)
The Wildcats now have a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gardiner for a Class B game on Tuesday, May 13. York will play a Tigers team coming off a 15-6 league loss to Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.
