Central Rockets (Burlington, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting McHenry Warriors (McHenry, IL), 10-6 in a league battle.

With the victory, Central advances its record to 6-4 on the season. The Rockets travel to Jacobs (Algonquin, IL) to encounter the Golden Eagles in a Fox Valley battle on Tuesday, May 13. The Golden Eagles come into the battle with a record of 5-10. Jacobs lost 14-3 in their recent non-league battle against Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL)

The Warriors now sport a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crystal Lake Central for a Fox Valley battle on Tuesday, May 13. McHenry will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 13-7 league win over Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 6-7.
