The Westville Blackhawks baseball team (Westville, IN), was overwhelmed 13-2 in Friday's league test with the visiting Morgan Township Cherokees (Valparaiso, IN)

The Cherokees now own a 6-13 record. They take the field next when they host Mishawaka for a non-league test on Saturday, May 10. Morgan Township will clash with a Cavemen team coming off a 7-6 league win over Plymouth (Plymouth, IN). The Cavemen record now stands at 11-5.

With the defeat, Westville drops to 6-11 on the year. The Blackhawks travel to Marquette Catholic (Michigan City, IN) to clash with the Blazers in a non-league test on Monday, May 12. The Blazers go into the test with a record of 3-9. Marquette Catholic won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Tri-Township (LaCrosse, IN)
