In Saturday's non-league test, the Gilmour Academy Lancers (Gates Mills, OH) softball squad got by the host North Royalton Bears (North Royalton, OH), by a count of 4-3.

Next, the Lancers meet the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs (Olmsted Falls, OH) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 12. Gilmour Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 11-8 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Magnificat (Rocky River, OH).
