Kentucky High School Softball - Simon Kenton gets by Pendleton County
May 11, 2024: Falmouth, KY 41040 The Simon Kenton Pioneers (Independence, KY) softball nipped the host Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY), 5-4 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Pioneers (14-11) will now prepare for their bout against Ryle (Union, KY). The Raiders go into the non-league bout with a 10-12 record. In their last bout, Ryle was edged by Campbell County (Alexandria, KY), 7-3, in a non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 10-14 record. They play next when they travel to Owen County for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 14.
